Cara's true love of fitness began in 2013 when she joined a local Studio to get into shape for her wedding. "I had always been a member at various gyms and worked out at my convenience, which, to be honest, was not very often. "I fell in love with all aspects of Fitness, outside of a gym setting, the intimacy of smaller groups, the inspiration and motivation that comes from the other members and Instructors and that is where I found my passion Fitness and knew I wanted to be an Instructor."
Cara is a highly energetic, motivated and a bubbly person and strives to bring that to every one of her classes. Full of passion and enthusiasm for new choreography, she is always changing up routines, music mixes, cardio sessions and killer core workouts for up to date sweat sessions and to give you the best workout possible! “I love to be the person the members hate for an hour of their day and then LOVE you as soon as the workout is over and even more once they see results!”
Tiffany fell in love with health and fitness in 2015 when she started at home workouts. Working out and eating healthy not only helped transform her physically it also transformed her mentally. What we eat, how we move and how we think all play a role in our wellness. Tiffany is always looking for ways to grow, in 2016 she received her certification in health & wellness through the Institute for Integrative Medicine. She is a STRONG Nation certified instructor and she is currently in the process of becoming a group fitness instructor through
the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
Tiffany lives in Blackstone with her husband Dave and son Colton. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, trail running, paddle boarding, reading, and crafting.
Maria has a passion for fitness and helping others live a functional, healthy lifestyle. A mother of three and former Elementary teacher for over 25 years, this passion for sharing good health led her to become certified in several group fitness formats beginning in 2014. Among these group fitness formats, her certifications include Madd Dog Spinning, MetKonRX, P90X, Insanity, PIYO, MMA Core De Force, Transform, L1FT, SH1FT, Transform and NETA Personal Training. Maria feels strongly that workouts should be ageless and accessible for ALL fitness levels, therefore she demonstrates a variety of options during her instruction for beginners to advanced, from high to low impact in a safe yet challenging manner. She leads each class with fun and enthusiasm! Maria’s favorite workouts to teach include functional movements. These movements will help strengthen your body, balance, endurance and power to help you move and function more efficiently in your daily life.
