Barre Mixer is a combination of Barre, strength training & cardio. Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. It is an all over body warm-up, a session of light-heavy weights and a few bursts of cardio built in! All levels welcome! Class Needs: Please bring water. Your choice of bare feet or barre grip socks. Socks available at the studio for $10
