Cara's true love of fitness began in 2013 when she joined a local Studio to get into shape for her wedding. "I had always been a member at various gyms and worked out at my convenience, which, to be honest, was not very often. "I fell in love with all aspects of Fitness, outside of a gym setting, the intimacy of smaller groups, the inspiration and motivation that comes from the other members and Instructors and that is where I found my passion Fitness and knew I wanted to be an Instructor."
Cara is a highly energetic, motivated and a bubbly person and strives to bring that to every one of her classes. Full of passion and enthusiasm for new choreography, she is always changing up routines, music mixes, cardio sessions and killer core workouts for up to date sweat sessions and to give you the best workout possible! “I love to be the person the members hate for an hour of their day and then LOVE you as soon as the workout is over and even more once they see results!”
Daniel has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. He’s an AFAA and NASM certified trainer, and a certified Nutrition Specialist. Daniel is very passionate about fitness and nutrition, and credits that lifestyle for having great energy, being injury free, and feeling better in his 30’s than he did in his teens and 20’s!
Having worked at Golds Gym in Foxboro (now Answer is Fitness) for 5 years as a trainer, he left for an opportunity to help start up a successful fitness program at the Milford Senior Center.
He discovered early on, results are achieved when someone sets their mind to change. It starts with a mental change, and then with a personalized nutrition and fitness foundation, it leads to a long term physical change.
Daniel is an athlete, husband to his wife Wendy, and Dad to his son Caleb.
When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, and activities such as hiking, swimming, water skiing, gymnastics, running Spartan’s and Tough Mudder’s, and training to be on American Ninja Warrior!
