At FFPN Studio our mission is to achieve a high level of member satisfaction with a variety of classes and class times, for all ages and any fitness level! We offer the additional benefit of nutrition coaching for our members should you chose to add it to your membership. By combining killer classes AND nutrition services in one location we can guarantee our members will reach those fitness goals! FFPN is an intimate studio of amazing members and some pretty awesome Instructors bringing all they've got to each and every class! Our instructors bring the passion they have about fitness and give all they've got to motivate and push you beyond your comfort zone. Our classes are kept to a limited number of participants to ensure we provide a safe and personal vibe. Give us one chance, take one class, and you'll be hooked!
In addition to the guidelines set forth by the BOH, we at FFPN Studio, are going above and beyond to assure the safest space for our members and instructors.
All Classes are limited to a specific number of members per class and pre-registration is strongly recommended.
If you or someone in your household are not feeling well PLEASE STAY HOME and help keep others safe.
Members are asked to enter and exit through the side entrance (on Central Street) not through the front main entrance.
All equipment is thoroughly wiped with disinfecting wipes/cleaner by the member after their session. The instructor sprays all equipment with Lysol.
We run an air purifier on max for 2 hours after our am and pm classes.
