At FFPN Studio our mission is to achieve a high level of member satisfaction with a variety of classes  and class times, for all ages and any fitness level! We offer the additional benefit of nutrition coaching for our members should you chose to add it to your membership. By combining killer classes AND nutrition services in one location we can guarantee our members will reach those fitness goals! FFPN is an intimate studio of amazing members and some pretty awesome Instructors bringing all they've got to each and every class! Our instructors bring the passion they have about fitness and give all they've got to motivate and push you beyond your comfort zone.
